Gala tickets cancelled before September 15th, 2026, will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after September 16th, 2026.
If the Gala is cancelled due to severe weather, no ticket refunds will be given.
No tickets will be refunded to an account with free registrations provided by sponsoring the Gala. Please check whether your company is sponsoring the Gala before you purchase a ticket to the Gala!
There will be a seating chart set for the Gala. When you purchase your ticket, please confirm others in your party you would like to be seated with at a table. Please note, we cannot guarantee that your entire party will be seated together unless you purchase a table. Tables can seat up to 8 people. Table sponsorships are available and include:
- Two free tickets to the Gala ($150 each)
- Branded signage at the Gala table
- Seating chart selection for who sits at your table
- Logo and website link on the Summit homepage
- Logo on Welcome Sign
